HYDN was born in Florida with a simple objective. We wanted to share with the world the watches behind the lifestyle and fashion that makes each one of us unique. HYDN brought to life, a brand that promotes, encourages, and lives by the philosophy of “Nothing Left Unseen”. In other words, grab your time piece, travel, explore, live life, and leave no part of the world HYDN from your eyes.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

We send our orders out Monday – Saturday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm excluding holidays within 24hrs of you placing your order. If you place your order before 3pm EST, your order will be shipped the same day. All orders placed Saturday after 3pm, will be shipped out the following Monday.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately at support@hydnco.com if you want to cancel or make changes to your order. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. If you opted in for text notifications, you will be notified through text messages as well. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, kindly email us at support@hydnco.com . We look forward to getting your watch on your wrist as soon as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WATCH THAT I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Our most popular watches typically sell out fast. If the product is sold out, you will see the option to receive an email when the watch has been restocked. That means that as soon as the product is back in stock, we will let you know! If you have any further questions, please email us at  support@hydnco.com.

DOES MY WATCH COME WITH A WARRANTY?

HYDN warrants that the watches will be free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. HYDN hand selected and inspects each watch before shipping to you. Although extremely rare, please notify us at support@hydnco.com if the product arrives damaged upon delivery. The warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, scratches, or lost/stolen items. Any abuse or misuse of watches will void the warranty.

HOW DO I REPLACE MY WATCH BATTERY?

All HYDN watch batteries can be found at most watch repair or jewelry stores, of which they should be able to assist you with a battery replacement. We do not suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires unique tools to prevent from damaging the watch.
